Get Results! We're making it personal with the launch of our new program. The forward-thinking, integrated training approach of the Personal Results Program will help create healthy fitness habits that add energy and positive benefits in your life.

Personal Results is a multi-platform program that considers all aspects of a person's wellness. Key factors of the program include:

Movement Screening

Online Results Tracking

Nutritional Counseling

Program Design

One-on-One Training

Increase:

- Weight Loss - Flexibility - Strength - Muscle Tone - Endurance

Decrease:

- Aches and Pains - Joint Stiffness - Blood Pressure - Cholesterol - Fatigue

Often, people lose track or lack the time necessary for calculating calories and monitoring progress. The Personal Results Program will be responsible for this, allowing participants to focus on what needs to be done based on their health history.
