Q. I enrolled on the Trial Membership, can I upgrade to the Executive Membership?
A. You may upgrade your membership at any time. You simply pay the difference in the enrollment fees, and your monthly dues are lowered to the current Executive rate. If you upgrade within 30 days after enrolling, you are guaranteed the Executive monthly dues offered at your original time of enrollment.

Q. Can I bring a guest to the Center?
A. The guest fee is $15 for the day. The same guest can utilize the Center no more than once a month and no more than three times a year. Guests must be 18 years or older. Guests 14 years and older are permitted when accompanied by a member parent.

Q. Can my children use the facilities?
A. Children 14 years and older may become a full member of the Center. All 14 and 15 year olds must have one of their parents, who is a member, accompany them to the Center and remain on site. Children 16 and 17 may enroll with a parent’s signature. They are permitted to use the facilities on their own.

Q. My child is not 14 years old, but likes to exercise, what can they do?
A. You may register your child in one of our Fit Kids or Swim programs These programs are available for children 2-13 years. Always check at the front desk for new programs being offered.

Q. Do I get my own locker?
A. Lockers are provided for daily use by all members while in the facility. You may bring your own lock or purchase one at the Center. If you leave a lock on overnight it will be removed and all items inside will be placed in lost and found located at the Front Desk. The Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home.

Q. What if I need to cancel my membership?
A. We do allow members to freeze their memberships however sometimes unavoidable circumstances arise forcing a member to cancel his/her membership. A cancellation form must be submitted to the customer service department via certified mail or confirmed hand delivery. You will be billed dues for a final month and are free to use our wonderful facility up until the last day. Please fill out the appropriate paperwork fifteen (15) days before your billing cycle. The cancellation will take effect 30 days after you notify customer service by filling out the cancellation form. Please note: In order to terminate your membership, your dues and account must be up-to-date.
