Take it one step at a time."Bio: Karen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and her personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. She is CPR/AED certified. She has over eight years experience in the wellness industry, accomplished after leaving the corporate world to pursue her true passion of fitness. Her extensive background in customer service provided her with skills she now uses to help members improve their lives through exercise.
She trains with clients of all skill levels, focusing on facilitated stretching and balance. Karen believes training is similar to climbing a ladder, one step at a time with a focus on the basics.
Karen enjoys weight lifting, cooking, and baking (healthy muffins). She likes to spend time with family and friends. She is a NY Yankees and NY Giants fan, as well as a fan of the beach. Her favorite foods are homemade pizza and Italian bread.
Karen has worked with members from ages 14 through 89 as they strive to accomplish their fitness goals. She finds each of them an inspiration.
