WHAT IS BODYVIVE?
BODYVIVE™ is the low-impact, whole-body Group Fitness workout that uses VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes, and body weight to boost fitness and core strength. Rita and Danielle will inspire you with motivating moves and music to reach your fitness goals. You'll be fizzing with energy and ready to take on life! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYVIVE™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
