"The number-one reason people quit is because they tend to look at how far they still have to go, instead of how far they have gotten."Bio: A lifetime dedicated to weight training and personal fitness inspired Teri to earn her personal training and weight-room training certifications from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Her experience includes personal training at a fitness facility as well as developing a private fitness practice over the past 15 years.
Teri's focus is on weight training. She emphasizes the use of our state-of-the-art equipment in her exercise programs, providing guidance on the best form and technique for a safe, effective workout. To help assure her clients' commitment to the exercise programs, she works with them to set realistic fitness goals that complement their lifestyle.
On a personal note, Teri plays tennis on a competitive travel team. She enjoys vacationing with her family, watching movies, spending time with friends, and working out. She loves Italian food; her favorite treats are cookies and ice cream.
Teri enjoys helping her clients become healthier, stronger, and more confident through exercise.
