Bio: Richard brings impressive experience and dedication to his position as a Personal Trainer. He strives to connect with each of our members, welcoming them to the ultimate fitness experience. Richard earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Muhlenberg College, and personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the East Coast Instructor Training School in New York, and the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation.Over 18 years ago, he began his career as a fitness trainer. Circumstances led him to work in the corporate world for a major communication corporation before returning to his passion in the fitness field. Richard's extensive background on the Exercise Floor provides him with firsthand insight on the essentials for a successful fitness experience. Richard enjoys kettlebelling, mud and trail running, movies, theater, ancient civilizations, basketball, and baseball. His favorite eats include a vegetarian hoagie. A family man, Richard enjoyed standing ovations for several consecutive years for his performance as a "Dancing Dad" in his daughter's dance recitals. Richard's philosophy is that all things are possible for those who believe. It is his mission to make our Center a place where members believe in themselves and the possibilities they can achieve through a dedication to fitness and wellness. |
