He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business, with a focus in entrepreneurial studies, from Rider University. He earned his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Brandon is also CPR/AED certified.
Brandon enjoys training those new to exercise. He takes pride in helping members correctly start, or return, on the path to fitness. With a solid foundation, new goals can be achieved at every session. He also specializes in helping athletes focus on strength training to improve performance.
In his free time, Brandon likes to ski, golf, and play football. From an early age and throughout his teen years, he was an avid soccer player. Brandon's latest goal includes plans to attempt an amateur bodybuilding competition. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, and helping them with fitness goals. His favorite meal: steak with hollandaise sauce and rice.
Brandon assures his clients just the right amount of challenge at every fitness session to keep progress plentiful.
