Prevention is the best remedy."Bio: Inspired to help members discover their inner athlete, Personal Trainer Amber is ready to coach you into your fittest self. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in electronic media from Xavier University. Amber is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, and a certified pharmacy technician through the Pharmacy Technician Workforce Coalition.
Amber's training background spans diverse settings, including work at a chain gym, fitness studio, and hospital rehabilitation center. She also has independently provided one-on-one training. She has had success with clients varying in age from youth to seniors, and specializes in providing unique workouts that challenge multiple fitness levels. Her sessions emphasize core strengthening, functional balance, and flexibility training.
A sports aficionado, premium sports channels are always playing in her home. Which games are on the screen depends on her favorite for that season. She was a competitive gymnast for 11 years, and still enjoys tumbling. Amber loves dancing.
She has performed as part of her church's praise dance ministry. Her favorite food: cantaloupe. Fun fact: Amber is a cosmetic junkie who applies make-up like a professional.
Amber strives to help members stay focused on fitness goals, despite distractions that may threaten to pull them astray.
