"The only way you can hurt your body is if you don't use it."Bio: Fitness enthusiast Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in print journalism from Hofstra University Honors College, and her personal training certification from the World Instructor Training Schools. She is a lifelong athlete who succeeded at turning her hobby into a fulfilling career where she helps others improve their lives.
Megan is skilled at training all ages and fitness levels. She incorporates a variety of calisthenics, plyometrics, and resistance exercises into programs customized for each client. Megan prides herself on creating effective workouts that focus on the body's core.
In her free time, she competes in racing events, including relay marathons. She enjoys reading, walking, and playing with her puppy. She is a huge Minnesota Vikings fan. Megan loves funny movies; her favorites are Heavyweights and Step Brothers. She enjoys listening to music and traveling on road trips. Megan is an adventure-seeker who loves skydiving, bungee jumping, and other thrills. Her favorite food is Southern-style comfort cooking.
With a philosophy that "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone," she challenges others to achieve the unthinkable. Megan helps members realize they can achieve any goal, as long as they give themselves an honest chance.
