"After 20 years of working for an insurance company and several banks, I decided to follow my passion by making a positive, healthy impact on people's lives. As a competitive college tennis player and avid fitness enthusiast, I'm inspired by the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience to help others become, and remain, physically fit.
My first certification was as a Johnny G. cycling instructor. From there, I became certified in many other disciplines. In my classes, I create an atmosphere where participants are challenged with a safe, fun, effective workout. The most important asset we have is our health. I believe the challenges and demands of life are better managed by leading a balanced lifestyle. "
