Current Class Schedule:
"I was a member taking Group Fitness classes at the Center in 2004. The Group
Fitness director at the time asked me to get certified to teach Body Pump. At first,
I resisted because I was nervous to be in front of a room of people (still am!). Her
confidence in me inspired me to go through the training program. I am grateful
for the experience, where I met a family of fellow instructors who encourage and
help each other. I am inspired to see members make improvements in their form,
increase their strength and stamina, and enjoy an overall healthy well-being."
