"The greatest health is wealth." --VirgilBio: Personal Trainer Diana has been an avid fitness enthusiast since early childhood. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and communications from Loyola University, and her personal training certification from the World Instructor Training Schools.
Diana's approach to every exercise session varies based on her clients' continuously shifting needs. She specializes in helping improve knee and pelvic floor issues.
Beyond her career, fitness is an integral part of Diana's life. She is a lifelong dancer, who enjoys yoga, cycling, playing tennis, skiing, and swimming. She loves to read, perform medical research, study foreign languages, and travel (especially for family vacations). In high school, Diana was a tennis camp counselor and team captain.
She is a Harry Potter fan, and likes 80s and classic rock music. Favorite foods: Baked eggplant slices, and anything that involves chocolate and peanut butter.
