What is the Les Mills program?
Les Mills is a combination of classes that will replace our current Body Training System classes: Group Power, Group Centergy, Group Active, and Group Groove.
The new Les Mills classes will hit our Group Fitness studios starting October 1!
Although some of the programming may seem similar to Body Training System classes, this shift will result in new muscle movements, new training opportunities, and different results. The motivating music and upbeat choreography is sure to inspire new fitness goals and milestones, and leave you wanting more!
Once you're hooked, you'll greatly anticipate the refresh of the Les Mills program in January 2012!
is the original barbell class that appeals to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. This class is ideal for anyone striving to achieve maximum results in minimum time. Favored by Group Fitness fans who are bored with an individual weights program, yet recognize the need to add weight training to their routine.
is the unique, martial arts-based workout designed for individuals looking to boost cardio fitness and benefit from total body conditioning. Addictive and fun, this workout particularly appeals to youthful, sociable individuals who are likely to attend classes with friends.
combines yoga, T'ai Chi, and Pilates and is designed for those looking to improve general fitness, relax and reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and obtain a sense of well-being. It requires low-level coordination and is especially popular with mature adults.
is the energizing, step-based cardio workout that uses a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step. It features cardio blocks to accelerate fat burning, followed by muscle-conditioning tracks to shape and tone the body. An ideal class for an enjoyable way to increase fitness.
is a low-impact workout especially suited to members new to Group Fitness, those returning to exercise or rehabilitating after an injury, pre- and post-natal mothers, and active adults who want the benefits of improved cardio fitness, strength, and flexibility.
is the dance-inspired workout that features chart-topping hits and hot, yet simple, dance moves. Developed specifically with fun-loving exercisers in mind, this energetic, easy-to-follow, full-body cardio workout is total fun. It's a class that members love to share with their friends.
We're excited to launch the Les Mills programs.
Join us for an energy-filled morning on October 1.
