Specialty: Working with all age groups to achieve specific fitness goals. I'm skilled at helping athletes improve strength and endurance. Kennedy Bio: Personal Trainer Trevor has a mission to improve the lives of Center members, one training session at a time. He earned his Bachelor of Science in kinesiology, fitness studies option, from The Pennsylvania State University. He is certified in CPR, AED, and first aid through the American Red Cross. Trevor enjoyed two successful years as the assistant coach for track and cross-country at State College Area High School. His experience includes working with distance runners during track season.Trevor challenges his clients with fitness programs designed to help reach beyond their goals. He believes in Steve Prefontaine's quote, "To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift." He helps members give their best at each workout. In his free time, Trevor enjoys being outdoors and playing any type of sport, especially basketball. He loves watching Penn State football games, the Phillies, and Eagles. (He believes he is the biggest Penn State football fan on earth.) His favorite food: a good steak. Trevor strives to help members achieve the unthinkable.
