Current Class Schedule: Hatha YogaSaturday, 8:00 a.m. Express Stretch for 30 minutes, followed by yoga-inspired barefoot body work Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. Flow Yoga Thursday, 7:35 p.m. "Exercise should be enjoyable, accessible, and safe. It can increase flexibility and strength throughout the body, and soothe and settle the mind simultaneously. I love using my background as a personal trainer to teach with an emphasis on proper alignment and execution to maximize the benefits of exercise. With yoga, many modifications can be incorporated so anyone, no matter their experience, can practice with fluidity and consciousness, knowing s/he is honoring the needs of one's own body.
