Current Class Schedule: Step and AbsWednesday, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, 6:20 p.m. to 7:25 p.m. Saturday (rotation), 9:00 a.m. to 10:10 a.m. "Every day, every act in our lives carries a sequence, bringing back the result of the action onto the self and others. Coming to the Center as an instructor, and teaching freestyle Step classes, always feels like a homecoming to me. It is almost as if a family reunion is transpiring. With the strong beat of music, the building of choreography, and the physical exertion, my students become energized and focused. When a group joins together this way, we invariably shift towards health and happiness. This is the reason I teach!
