Specialty: Group Groove, Ramping "I became a Center member in 2003. I loved it so much; I was always here, particularly for the classes. At my husband’s suggestion, I investigated the requirements for becoming a Group Fitness instructor. Two months later, I was certified and teaching Ramping classes. I love what I do and it shows. I always strive to keep fitness fun for everyone. Who would return to a class if there weren’t good music and a few laughs to go with the hard work and sweat." |
