Specialty: Group Power, Cycle, Aqua Cardio, and Aqua Tone "I wanted to be a teacher since I was in first grade. I taught elementary school for 10 years before having my four children. Inspiration came when I was home raising my babies and taking “time off” to attend group exercise classes. I loved how the instructors motivated their participants. Exercise changes people’s lives. Becoming a Group Fitness instructor is a fantastic way for me to further develop my love for instructing by including my enthusiasm for fitness." |
