Princeton Fitness & Wellness Center met our criteria for choosing an exercise facility. The environment is clean and safe. The exercise equipment is state-of-the-art and from a variety of manufacturers. There is a large assortment of fun Group Fitness classes, where friendships are made.

I have been a member of the Princeton Fitness & Wellness Center for over three years and can honestly say it is one of the best fitness centers to which I ever have belonged. The Center gives you a sense of belonging. Life gets busy and sometimes it’s hard to find time to exercise. However, Center staff makes the effort to know you and help you, so you stay motivated. Everyone is friendly. I enjoy coming to the Center and will continue to be a member long after I have met my fitness goals. The Center has a place for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

When I started using the Personal Results Program, my overall goal was to be healthier and begin to eliminate health issues and the doctor appointments resulting from them. In addition to hiring personal trainer Jenny Luis, I also starting using the DotFit program to monitor my calories and create an exercise program for the days that Jenny and I didn't meet. Thanks to the Personal Results Program, I'm more aware of the food I eat during the day and how much exercise I accomplish. I’ve lost 16 pounds in five months and about 10 inches. I've noticed an improvement in my energy level and outlook on life and my health. I also haven't had to make one doctor’s appointment for any type of health issues!

I have participated in the Group Fitness Ramping class since it was introduced four or five years ago. The instructor, Rita, is a wonderful and delightful person who cares a lot about her classes and those in it. She is careful to set up the equipment properly and safely, making helpful suggestions to anyone experiencing challenges. I also participate in other Group Fitness classes with various instructors. The enthusiasm is contagious.

Personal training at the Center has been worth every penny. My personal trainer inspires me to work harder when strength training on my own, and even when doing cardiovascular exercise. He projects a friendly, positive attitude, and makes me feel more comfortable working out at the Center and less self-conscious when trying new exercises. Due to positive results, I received several gifts of personal training for use at the Center. People comment that I look better, have lost weight and gained muscle tone, and developed a more cheerful, positive attitude about fitness. I hope to continue my personal training sessions.

We are so impressed with the facilities and wide range of programs available at the Center. The instructors are encouraging and tremendously prepared for all of their classes. They are so pleasant that we look forward to working out and being part of the Princeton Fitness & Wellness Center family. We can't imagine a fitness facility doing a better job at trying to accommodate their members. We highly recommend the Center to anyone who wants to get in shape and stay in shape.
