Princeton Fitness & Wellness Center helped me tremendously after recovering from reconstructive knee surgery. Since becoming a member, I have been able to perform exercises that strengthen my knee as well as my entire body. As a soccer player, the Center and training staff have been instrumental in getting me back to playing at a competitive level. Being in the Center's atmosphere is a great experience. I am in the best shape of my life.

When I was announced as the gold-medal winner of the Center's Olympic Challenge I felt healthy, fit, and happy to have reached my goals! The Challenge provided the opportunity to test my strength, body, and family schedule. To be a winner, my goal was to accomplish the cross training required to log as many classes as possible. I focused on balancing my weekly schedule with challenging classes, complemented by stretching and mind- body classes. This combination helped maintain my health, personal schedule, and relaxation as well as garner improved results with my end-of-challenge nurse evaluation. Thanks for offering the Olympic Challenge and helping me reach my summer fitness goals!

Last April, I became a proud Center member. By mid-July, my BMI decreased by 7.8 percent, bringing me within the appropriate percentage for my age group. What a pleasant re-evaluation visit with the nurse! Membership allows many options (the Exercise Floor, Group Fitness classes, Aquatics), which add spice to motivate my goal of "living the plan." I exercise all these options! I work on my cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility (critical at my age), and balance.

One year ago, at the age of 48 and in the best shape of my life, I was diagnosed
with Stage III breast cancer. When my treatments ended, it was time to get fit
again. With the help of the Center's personal training and Group Fitness staff, I
got back in touch with my inner athlete, dancer, and strong woman. Thank you,

The Center has so much to offer. I use the vast number of cardio and weight machines available, along with the personal trainers' expertise, to help achieve my goals. I also participate in the Group Fitness classes led by Rita. I continue to be inspired by her energy and enthusiasm. Her motivation brings my fitness experience to a new level.
